INTERBAY P-PATCH COMMUNITY CENTER SIGNAGE
Design 2008, Pro Bono
This grant funded project helps showcase the sustainable nature of community gardening. A street sign identifies the garden entrance while a series of markers provide a self-guided tour of Interbay P-patch's amenities. The signage is being built of recycled and reclaimed materials and highlights everyday opportunities for reuse and recycling. The lumber is reclaimed from the deconstruction of old homes, recycled steel is utilized for structural supports and letters, and flyash concrete forms the foundation.
