A five-unit set of townhomes in the Fremont neighborhood brings “eco elegance” with its light carbon footprint and serves as a transition between the commercial and residential fabric of the area.
Designed to take full advantage of the walkable Fremont neighborhood, this set of townhomes prioritizes sustainability and efficiency. They are clad in cedar rain screens, have drought-tolerant landscaping and each home has two balconies.
Inside, expansive windows bring in maximum daylight. Finishes include upcycled materials, polished concrete, and bamboo.
