The addition of three bedrooms and more living space transforms a rustic ski cabin near Crystal Mountain into a modern retreat with space for several families to come together.

With views into the meadow and treetops, expansive windows bring in tons of natural light. A full-light roll-up garage door connects the dining room to the patio and is a place to gather around an outdoor fireplace. 

Varying rooflines establish volumes that seamlessly flow and bring in the outdoors. The interior is mostly neutral with splashes of color complementing the natural setting. In the family room, a corner fireplace is a warm focal point to bring the family together. The upper-level primary suite, with a free-standing tub elevated on an ipe wood platform, creates a spa-like feel.
